I aim to build the lesson according to the needs of each student as everyone’s needs are different. It’s useful for me to come in touch with the student first to understand the background and the aims the person has and then start the lesson focusing on those aims.

I am a Communication and Mass Media graduate from the University of Athens and an actress as well. My studies along with the fact that I had the chance to live abroad, in Portugal and in Poland with Erasmus programs, shaped my personality up to the level that I became very open towards different cultures, accepting and embracing people’s cultural differences and inventing ways to communicate effectively no matter the origin or the level of English people have.

I love the Greek language and I read many books of every kind, mostly literature theatre plays, and poetry. I am also a big film lover. I believe that the most effective way for a person to know a new language is to get in touch with topics that are interesting to the individual. One other method which I believe is the usage of visual content as this helps the person to memorize information.

Last but not least due to my theatre background, I would make the lesson interactive so that the student would be able to have an active participation and face it as an entertaining yet educative game.
